Former constitutional judge Tudorel Toader says, in relation to the CCR decision on the declarations of wealth, that the question arises why the Court rejected such exceptions before and now says that the legal provisions are unconstitutional, adding that it is "deeply questionable" that six years have passed since the exception was raised, "a long time to go".
