The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the Constitution of Romania as the foundation of the democratic state, stating that it provides direction and stability, protecting the values of society. He mentioned that the Fundamental Law is essential for protecting the fundamental rights of citizens, especially in the face of the complex challenges the country is facing.
"The Constitution of Romania remains the foundation upon which our democratic state is built. It provides us with direction and stability, defending the values that define our society. It is the framework that gives state institutions the power to protect the fundamental rights of Romanians, in a period when we are facing increasingly complex challenges. The Fundamental Law provides us with this basis, on which we can continue to strengthen the protection of citizens' rights, the development of Romanian society, and our European and Euro-Atlantic path," said Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan.
