The Romanian government will approve, in the meeting on November 13, a series of bills and decisions aimed at major investments in infrastructure, changes in the university field, and humanitarian interventions. Among these is the financing contract for the A1 Sibiu-Pitești Highway, co-financed from European funds, with a value of 500 million euros, estimating the project's completion in 2028. Additionally, the government will ratify the Framework Agreement with OCCAR for Romania's participation in the organization's programs. The technical-economic indicators for the modernization of the Bucharest North - Craiova railway line, financed from non-reimbursable external funds, will also be approved. Other measures include the transfer of the Oradea Clinical Hospital to the University of Oradea and the completion of the framework Code of university ethics with references to harassment. The government will also allocate humanitarian aid for the counties affected by hydrometeorological phenomena. In a memorandum, the results of the prioritization of investment projects for the state budget for 2026 will be validated.
