Coalition leaders believe that this Congress is essential for unblocking important decisions. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan warned that without a decision this week, the elections in Bucharest cannot be organized this year, and Ciprian Ciucu mentioned that PSD could threaten to break the coalition.
