Teodor Dulceață, born on September 11, 1982, in Bucharest, is a public servant with extensive experience in central administration, proposed for the position of Minister of Development in the government led by Eugen Tomac. Starting in May 2025, he holds the position of Deputy Secretary General in the Ministry of Environment, Waters, and Forests, having an extensive career in public administration, especially in the fields of environment, legal affairs, and anti-fraud efforts.
Dulceață has held leadership positions in the Ministry of Environment, including Deputy Secretary General and Secretary General, playing an active role in the approval of normative acts and ensuring decision-making transparency. Between 2013 and 2017, he worked in the Department for Anti-Fraud, coordinating administrative investigations. He holds a degree in Legal Sciences from Transylvania University in Brașov, with a master's in Community Business Law, and speaks English and French. Dulceață holds certifications in IT and cybersecurity.
