In Crimea, suppliers are facing difficulties in obtaining gasoline due to Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil infrastructure. According to some sources, citizens have started using horses and other pack animals for transport. Governor Sergey Aksyonov announced that the sale of Ai-95 gasoline has been rationed, and citizens must use cards for purchases. Oksana Senchenko, a resident of Sevastopol, stated that she has been unable to refuel for two days, and gas stations are out of fuel. Former Ukrainian parliamentarian Oleg Tsaryov confirmed that Ukrainian drone attacks targeted fuel transports on the "Novorossiya" highway, affecting the supply to Crimea. The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, called for calm and emphasized that the difficulties are temporary. Russian authorities are working to resolve the fuel rationing issue, and the Kremlin has stated that addressing these problems is a priority. Additionally, Russia has banned fuel exports for aviation until November 30.
