Foreign Minister Oana Țoiu discussed the possibility of Romania returning to the Visa Waiver Program, noting that the country is making progress in rebuilding trust and readiness for bilateral investment. She acknowledged that Romania could have communicated more effectively with international partners in the past, but stressed the importance of participating in NATO and EU statements condemning Russian hybrid attacks. Țoiu said talks are continuing with US officials to align efforts in this direction.
