The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oana Ţoiu, stated that Romania is nearing the completion of the list of purchases from the European SAFE program. This list will include the purchases made by Romania and the other participating states. Oana Ţoiu emphasized that the final details will be made public at the end of November, thus providing transparency within this European program.
