On Monday evening, in Parliament, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan presented the reform project aimed at three of the main regulatory authorities in Romania: ANRE, ASF, and ANCOM.

The executive has adopted a set of measures regarding the restructuring of autonomous state companies, which provides for a 10% reduction in specialized positions and a 30% reduction in administrative ones. The management of these entities will have to present the new organizational charts by October 2025. At the same time, members of the management will no longer benefit from bonuses until 2028, and starting in 2026, their salaries will be reduced by 30%. In addition, companies will be required to publish online the organizational charts and the salary levels of employees.
