Ilie Bolojan received a vote of confidence within the National Political Bureau - 47 votes "for" and 3 "against"

PNL announces, on Monday evening, through a press release, that during the meeting of the National Political Bureau, a vote of confidence was given for the party president, Ilie Bolojan.

However, his proposal to change the leadership for ten underperforming branches did not pass the vote, with only 35 votes "for" registered, compared to the 37 that were needed.

PNL MEP Rareș Bogdan stated on Monday, before the PNL meeting, that PNL president Ilie Bolojan cannot ask for a vote of confidence from month to month and if he wants to ask for a vote of confidence, he should hold a National Council and talk to the mayors.
