Nicușor Dan reacted to the CCR's decision regarding the Integrity Law: "The arguments in my constitutional complaint were very solid"

President Nicușor Dan commented on Tuesday the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the integrity law, stating that the arguments in his constitutional complaint were "very solid".

The head of state emphasized that he is waiting for the reasoning from the CCR to understand the arguments that led to this decision. Nicușor Dan mentioned that, in the past, he continued to support his position even after the Court rejected other constitutional complaints he filed.

After the reasoning is published, the law will be discussed in Parliament, and the president mentioned that he "hopes" the entire legislative process will be completed by August 31, according to the deadline set in the PNRR.
