Nicușor Dan responded to the question regarding the resignation of Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, stating that he should not resign in the event that the adopted measures are considered unconstitutional. He mentioned that he has made several notifications of unconstitutionality, and the Constitutional Court has decided differently from his opinions. Dan emphasized that this is about good faith on the part of the Government and the Coalition, acknowledging that the interpretation of laws can lead to ambiguities.
