President Nicușor Dan signed decrees appointing Sorin Costreie as presidential advisor on education and Vlad Voiculescu as honorary advisor for resilience, innovation, and European solidarity. Sorin Costreie was an advisor to the liberal prime ministers between 2020 and 2023, contributing to the development of the Iohannis-Deca education laws.

He also played an active role in the academic environment, having been the former prorector of the University of Bucharest and president of the European university network UNICA. Vlad Voiculescu, former Minister of Health, will bring his expertise in the field of health and innovation. The decrees signed by the president will come into force starting November 17, 2025.
