Nicușor Dan declared that the future National Defense Strategy will include two essential changes: increased attention to hybrid warfare, including cyber attacks and disinformation from Russia, and an intensified fight against corruption. He emphasized the need for the SRI to get involved in combating corruption, but with strict adherence to the constitution and the separation between intelligence services and prosecutors. The finalized document will be presented to the CSAT and adopted by November 26.
