President Nicușor Dan emphasized the importance of access to housing, a topic addressed for the first time at the European Council meeting in Brussels. In a post on platform X, he mentioned that the agenda of discussions also includes subjects such as Europe's security, defense projects, the drone wall, and sanctions against Russia.

Dan also highlighted the need to find a balance between climate policies and economic competitiveness, in order to minimize the impact on citizens and businesses. The European Commission will develop an action plan by the end of the year to facilitate access to housing, a step considered essential in addressing current social and economic issues.
