He highlighted the speed of France's response, which sent troops to Romania just four days after the start of the war in Ukraine, thus strengthening the allied defense posture. Approximately 3,000 French soldiers are now integrated into the Romanian forces. The visit included meetings at NATO Command in Romania, where Moșteanu was informed about the evolution of multinational structures and their contribution to allied cooperation. In Cincu, officials attended a live-fire exercise, demonstrating the interoperability and rapid response capability of Romanian and allied soldiers.
