The Mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, was present at a support rally for the Government led by Ilie Bolojan, held in Victory Square, where approximately 900 people gathered to express their support. During the event, Ciucu thanked the participants for their presence. When asked by a reporter if the protest had been approved by the City Hall, the mayor initially stated that he did not know, but later confirmed that the rally had not been authorized. "No, they haven't," he said. This rally took place before the vote in Parliament on the censure motion initiated by PSD and AUR, and the PNL mayor was seen interacting with supporters, including taking pictures with them.
