The Mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, met with the mayor of sector 4, Daniel Băluță, to discuss collaboration between sectors and to bring normality to the governance of Bucharest. Ciucu emphasized the importance of dialogue with all mayors, regardless of political affiliation. During the meeting, documents were signed for the construction of 20 km of bike lanes and a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) was discussed for the unification of tram lines in Union Square. Additionally, topics such as pedestrian passages between metro stations and the construction of a new bridge were addressed. The mayor mentioned that work is being done on the necessary documentation for interventions in educational units and that public transport is being prioritized.
