Sorin Grindeanu stated that the current reform proposed in local public administration is not a true reform, but rather a simple mass layoff of employees. He emphasizes that, although some municipalities have an excessive number of employees, staff reductions should not affect the quality of public services. Grindeanu also mentioned that Package 3 of fiscal measures must be the last for which the Government takes responsibility, highlighting the need to include measures for economic recovery to avoid a severe economic crisis.
