Education Minister Sorin Costreie told Digi24 that President Nicușor Dan’s biggest flaw is the slow pace at which he reacts and makes certain decisions.

Asked directly what he considers to be the head of state’s main problem, Costreie said that he is “sometimes too slow in certain reactions and spends too much time deliberating over certain decisions.” The statement was reported by News.ro.

The minister explained that the difference in pace can be observed especially by people accustomed to acting at a different tempo. “All of us, the rest of us, who may be used to doing things differently, are operating at a different tempo,” Sorin Costreie said.

At the same time, the minister specified that, as you get to know the president, you can better understand the reasons why certain reactions or decisions are delayed. Costreie’s statement represents an assessment of Nicușor Dan’s working style, made in the context of a discussion about his main weaknesses.
