The interim President of the Senate, Mircea Abrudean, has announced that the two draft laws on the defense of Romania's airspace will be submitted for approval in plenary.

Abrudean emphasized the commitment of the National Liberal Party to support the two bills, noting that national security must be a priority. He expressed confidence that the bills will be adopted despite possible delays, underlining the importance of mobilizing all senators to vote. Abrudean also emphasized that he did not believe that the delays originated from within the coalition.
