Consultations for the new Government continue today with the small parties and independent parliamentarians

The President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, is holding consultations today at the Cotroceni Palace with parliamentarians from the United for Romania group, the PACE group – Together for Romania, and the independents.

The meetings will start at 09:00, according to the announcement from the Presidential Administration. The schedule for the consultations is structured as follows: at 09:00 there will be a discussion with the United for Romania parliamentary group, at 10:00 with the PACE parliamentary group – Together for Romania, and at 11:00 with the independent parliamentarians. Representatives of the PACE group – Together for Romania will make statements before and after the discussions with the president.

These consultations come after Monday's meetings, when discussions took place with political parties for the nomination of a candidate for the position of prime minister.
