Constantin Toma, the mayor of Buzău, claims that PSD is facing more voter hatred than under Liviu Dragnea and that the party needs to come up with new faces to avoid a result below 10% in the next elections. He emphasized the dissatisfaction of citizens, including the military in the area, and called for a complete reform of the PSD leadership, mentioning valuable people in the party who could take over. Toma criticized the current leadership, including Sorin Grindeanu, for the party's poor results.
