Ciucu emphasized that this political struggle, marked by strikes and protests, has no real foundation and severely affects the Capital's budget. He explained that, under the conditions in which the allocated budget has significantly decreased, he is forced to make difficult choices between paying salaries and providing incentives for people with disabilities. The mayor announced that he will soon present projects aimed at balancing the budget by reducing unjustified expenses.

He also criticized municipal companies, such as the Metropolitan Construction Trust, for accumulating debts and lack of efficiency. Ciucu accused the PSD of creating a critical situation for Bucharest through government decisions that have led to significant financial losses. He called for real collaboration from all parties to find solutions, instead of political circus.
