In the context of the scandal over the €36,000 retirement bonuses for retiring CCR judges, Marian Enache emphasizes that no request has been made by the judges and that everything is being done according to the law. The Secretary General of the JRC is obliged to report regularly on budget execution and any measure must have the opinion of the Ministry of Finance. The full Court has not taken any decision in this respect.
