The first fine of €10,000 was imposed for exposing supporters' personal data in the AUR application, accessible through a vulnerable interface. The second fine of €15,000 was imposed for improper data collection on the www.semnezsivotez.org and www.semnezsivotez.ro platforms. These platforms were closed for the duration of the investigation.
