Adrian Câciu, PSD deputy, stated that the Government should request the Constitutional Court (CCR) to convene immediately after New Year's to make a decision regarding the pensions of magistrates. Câciu emphasized that society is fed up with the delays of magistrates, including those from the CCR, and criticized the lack of quorum at previous meetings.

He mentioned that the Government can send a letter to the CCR to request a swift judgment of an important law for the PNRR, which has been delayed for two months. Câciu added that the justice reform is complex and that the high pensions of magistrates are a problem, emphasizing that they should make quick and responsible decisions.
