Economic analyst Adrian Negrescu says Romania's budgetary system is similar to a South American one, being massive and bureaucratic, with a budgetary aristocracy that benefits from high salaries. Informat.ro - INSCOP Research shows that Romanians feel the effects of bureaucracy and want reforms. Also, almost 30% of Romanians believe that reducing investments could help reduce the budget deficit, in the context of economic paradoxes such as the construction of stadiums without funds for child allowances.
