Amicable settlement is an option for drivers involved in minor accidents, but can only be used under certain conditions.

Both drivers must fill in a single copy of the amicable settlement form and submit it to the insurance company within 24 hours of the accident. It is also possible to complete the form online, which has the same legal value.
