The Vaslui Court has admitted Nelu Tătaru's request for additional evidence in the bribery case, requesting all audio-video recordings from DNA.

The Vaslui Tribunal has ruled that Nelu Tătaru, former Minister of Health, can obtain additional evidence in his corruption case, asking DNA to submit all relevant audio-video recordings. Tătaru is accused of taking bribes, receiving sums between 100 and 500 lei, as well as food, from patients in connection with the performance of his medical duties. A decision on whether to transfer the case to the Iasi Tribunal will be taken on September 17.
