The revised draft law proposed by the Ministry of Finance includes measures such as psychological testing for ANAF and ONJN staff, annual psychological assessments for management positions in ANAF, and periodic testing for ONJN. Additionally, the use of body cameras will be allowed in tax and customs controls, aimed at preventing corruption and improving staff behavior. The draft is part of a broader package of fiscal measures that are set to be adopted by the Government.
