After a suspension in June, the Rabla program for individuals will resume its activities from September 1, with a budget of 200 million lei, according to Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu. However, the value of the voucher for the purchase of electric cars will be significantly reduced. Buzoianu said the current program is not sustainable and could be rethought in the long term to have a real impact on the environment. Since the program was launched, more than one million old cars have been scrapped in Romania.
