Dragoș Pîslaru, Minister of European Investments and Projects, has underlined the need for legislative changes to make irreversible the dismissals of energy chiefs who are considered incompatible. These reforms are essential given that the European Commission's requests have not been answered for months. Pîslaru mentioned that a General Shareholders' Meeting will be organized and that a solid legal basis will be ensured to avoid possible legal action.
