Mircea Abrudean said that the measures taken by the Government are crucial to prevent Romania from collapsing, noting that a second package of measures, which includes the reform of special pensions and boards of directors, will be adopted in the next two to three weeks. He emphasized that the first package could be corrected if any injustice is found, and that lowering the taxation of gambling winnings is essential to avoid their migration to the black market. Abrudean added that these measures have been validated by external partners and are necessary to stabilize the economy.
