HORA, the employers' organization of hotels and restaurants, calls for an 'urgent' dialogue with the ANPC, expressing concern about the way controls are carried out.

HORA complains that ANPC's actions in food service establishments are carried out without a constructive dialog and without allowing operators to present supporting documents. The ANPC president has also ordered the closure of shops and fast-food outlets in several shopping malls, following inspections in which serious non-compliances were found.
