ANPC fined economic operators on the seaside over 620,000 lei for serious irregularities, including hygiene and maintenance problems.

Between August 4-8, ANPC carried out checks on the seaside, imposing 103 fines totaling more than 620,000 lei for irregularities such as improper maintenance of leisure facilities and swimming pools, sale of dangerous products and hygiene problems in accommodation units. In addition, non-compliant products were temporarily or permanently stopped and 21 economic operators had their services suspended until the deficiencies were remedied. The checks aim to ensure consumer safety and compliance with legal rules.
