The Minister of Development, Cseke Attila Cseke, has announced a proposal to suspend driving licenses for drivers who fail to pay their fines within 90 days of being notified. The driver's license will be reinstated only after proof of payment of all debts. Also, the deregistration of a car will require the presentation of a tax certificate, and buyers will only be able to register cars in their own name if they have paid their debts.
