The Superior Council of Magistracy has notified the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice regarding messages inciting violence against judges and their families, including serious threats. Additionally, the CSM corrected the statements of Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, emphasizing that judges' salaries are much lower than those mentioned by him, and that the average retirement age is 52 years. The CSM highlighted that only 4% of service pensions belong to judges.
