Windows 11 update KB5033375 has created difficulties connecting to Wi-Fi networks especially for those using 802.11r with a WPA2 Enterprise SSID. The problem has been reported by several educational institutions and companies. For now, the temporary solution is to uninstall the update via Windows Update.
