The new Quick Recap feature allows users to summarize unread messages from up to five manually selected conversations. This is in addition to the previous Message Summaries feature, which summarizes messages from a single chat. Both features use artificial intelligence to summarize information and promise to protect users' privacy through Private Processing technology. Quick Recap is currently being tested in the beta version of WhatsApp for Android and will be available soon, although the AI features are not available in the European Union.
