The company SpaceX, owned by Elon Musk, announced on platform X that the new launch window for the Starship mission is scheduled for Friday, after being rescheduled multiple times.

Initially, the launch was set for July 16, but it was canceled at the last moment due to engine issues, which led to the countdown being halted. The mission was subsequently rescheduled for July 23, but was postponed again.

The last test flight, conducted in May, resulted in the explosion of the Starship S39 prototype after landing. SpaceX has updated the ship's software and addressed the issues identified during the previous test. The Starship project is ambitious, aiming to create a fully reusable system for space transport, intended for crewed missions in low Earth orbit, satellite launches, and flights to the Moon, Mars, and other destinations in the Solar System.

Both the Super Heavy booster stage and the Starship are designed to return to Earth through vertical landing, facilitating their reuse.
