Elon Musk has announced the sale of Platform X to his company, xAI, for $45 billion, slightly more than the previous amount paid in 2022. That deal includes $12 billion in debt and gives Platform X a valuation of $33 billion. Musk emphasized the interconnectivity of the future xAI and X, noting that the combination will improve user experiences by integrating advanced artificial intelligence. The total value of the combined company is estimated at $80 billion.
