In a blog post, Microsoft announced that it will introduce a policy requiring employees to work from the office at least three days a week, starting in 2026. This change will take place in three phases, beginning with employees near the headquarters in Redmond, Washington. The policy will later expand to employees in other locations in the U.S. and to international staff. Microsoft emphasizes that additional details will be communicated soon.
