Google Maps will undergo a major transformation with the help of Gemini technology, which will introduce two innovative features based on Artificial Intelligence. One of these, Ask Maps, will provide users with personalized suggestions, such as nearby places to charge devices or cafes with short lines. This feature will initially be available on mobile applications in the USA and India, later expanding to computers and other countries.

The second innovation, Immersive Navigation, will offer a three-dimensional experience, helping users to better orient themselves by presenting notable landmarks and terrain details. Google claims that its new AI security measures will prevent the creation of fake places, a recognized problem in the industry. These improvements will allow users to compare driving routes and identify the best parking spots, thus significantly enhancing the navigation experience.
