Google has introduced Personal Intelligence, allowing the Gemini AI to access users' Google account data to provide personalized responses.

Google has launched in beta the Personal Intelligence feature, which allows the Gemini AI to connect to users' Google accounts, having access to applications such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Google Photos, as well as to the search history on Google and YouTube. This optional feature provides personalized responses tailored to users' preferences, using the available data.

For example, if a user asks about tire sizes, Gemini can check emails and photos to provide accurate information. Google emphasizes that Gemini is not directly trained with data from the connected services, but with limited information, ensuring that the data remains secure and is not accessible to third parties. Currently, Personal Intelligence is only available in the United States, with plans for future expansion.
