Google has launched a new app, AI Edge Gallery, which allows users to run artificial intelligence models directly on smartphones without an internet connection

The app, called Google AI Edge Gallery, is currently available for Android, with an iOS version in the works. Users have access to a variety of AI models hosted on Hugging Face, allowing them to perform tasks such as generating images, answering questions, editing code and more - all offline. The models use the phone's built-in processors, bypassing the need for cloud computing.
