Google has introduced 'Gemini for Home', replacing Google Assistant and adding AI features for surveillance cameras

'Gemini for Home' allows users to benefit from accurate descriptions of events captured by cameras, such as identifying couriers. The 'Ask Home' feature enables searching through recordings via voice commands, while 'Home Brief' automatically summarizes the footage. Voice control becomes more intuitive, and 'Gemini Live' mode facilitates natural interactions.
