Databricks, an artificial intelligence startup founded in 2013, has achieved a valuation of more than $100 billion, rising 61% after a recent funding round. Earlier in 2022, it raised $10 billion, making it one of the largest financiers in history. It recently acquired startup Neon for $1 billion and has bought other companies to expand its AI capabilities. Its clients include OpenAI and Adobe, and its founders include two Romanians, Ion Stoica and Matei Zaharia.
