Apple is preparing to launch a dedicated application for the Siri assistant, which will integrate artificial intelligence to enhance user interaction with the operating system and installed applications.
According to Bloomberg, the new Siri will use personal data from applications such as Messages, Notes, and Mail to provide personalized commands. The application will allow users to perform tasks within applications, access new content, and conduct online searches, having an interface similar to chat applications. Apple is testing various approaches, including integrating a mini Siri application into Dynamic Island, facilitating quick access to the assistant. Additionally, Siri will replace the current local search system, Spotlight, allowing searches using natural language. Additional features such as 'Ask Siri' and 'Write With Siri' will provide assistance in active applications and text generation. The new Siri will be announced in June at WWDC and will be available on iPhone, iPad, and MacBook.
