Zhenhao Zou was convicted of 28 offenses, including rape, voyeurism and drug possession, and sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum sentence of 24 years. His victims, mostly of Chinese descent, were drugged and raped, and investigators analyzed hundreds of videos to build a strong case. Police are appealing for unidentified victims to come forward, and 24 women have filed complaints since the conviction. The investigation continues to identify all the victims.
